Compact Recruitment

Cost: £1,250 +VAT

1. We hold an initial conversation with you to understand your organisation, your objectives, goals, strategy, approach, cultural make up and type of recruit you want to help the business progress. Importantly, we need to know why someone would leave a competitor and join your business

2. We mutually agree upon a list of 5 target companies and commence a headhunt process, targeting individuals within each specified competitor

3. Recreo Global make confidential contact, telephone interview and assess each prospective candidate. Attaining their current situations, interest levels, motivations, ambitions, expectations, achievements, salary details and personal circumstances

4. With the candidate’s permission we pass on these details to you, including contact information and a suggested time for you to speak

And that’s it.

No further expenses.

No attempts to increase the candidate’s basic salary in order to inflate our fee.
It’s up to you how you take it further with the candidates. We’ll keep in touch because we want you to succeed rather than increasing our fee.

It’s important to note that if you are not confident of being able to attract candidates from within your industry, this option isn’t for you.

If you are, we offer guarantees. Should no one from those 5 competitors be interested in speaking to you, we will revert to our Traditional Resourcing approach and take off the £1,250 from our fee when we invoice on the start date of the successful candidate.

If you’re confident your business can attract the best candidates from the industry, then you have a simple, cost-effective solution provided to you, on average within 48 hours.
